ポジション概要

急成長の当社では Sales Development Representative（SDR／インサイドセールス） を募集しています。外勤営業・マーケティング部門と連携し、エンタープライズ顧客の課題を特定して商談機会を創出し、Canonicalの価値を国内外に広める役割です。

業務内容

  • メール／電話／チャットによるインバウンドの問合せ対応
  • アウトバウンド施策（電話・メール・SNS・ウェビナー等）の企画・実行
  • 国内外の展示会・イベントでのブース対応・リード獲得（年数回出張あり）
  • 見込み顧客のリサーチとアカウントマッピング
  • マーケティングキャンペーンのフィードバックおよび改善策の提案
  • パイプラインの創出とCRMでのリード管理
  • チームプロセス／ポリシー策定への参画
