## cloud-init

* Competed SRU for 18.2.4 to Ubuntu Xenial and Artful
* SmartOS configure nics which do not surface addr\_assign\_type info in /sys
* Fix ds-identify to avoid duplicate config checks for IBMCloud enabled
* ds-identify: make shellcheck 0.4.6 happy with ds-identify
* cloud-config.service: run After snap.seeded.service
* CI integration test fixes for Ubuntu Bionic
