Ubuntu 7.10 availability on System76 servers fulfills a broad range of data center needs including email, file and print services, virtualization, and customer relationship management. The pedestal or rackmount servers feature Quad Core Intel XEON Processors, up to 8 TB of storage, and up to 32 GB of memory. System76 also announced the availability of Ubuntu Server support from Canonical, the commercial sponsor of Ubuntu. Available directly from System76, Canonical Global Support Services provides customers with expert advice, reduced cost of ownership, and maximized return on investment. Canonical certified the compatibility of System76 servers and its operating system through rigorous validation and testing.
